QUESTION:  What can I do if I have problems placing my order?

Please call us at 321-268-1118. We will be glad to assist you.

QUESTION:  How long does it take before my part is shipped?

Each part is manufactured at the time of the order.  Time frames vary due to the part, prior orders for the same part, time of year, etc.  We work very hard to expedite your order and ship it out as quickly as possible.  We will email you a timeframe once your order is received.  Feel free to contact us by email or phone to receive this information prior to ordering.

QUESTION:  How long does it take to ship my part?

Shipping times vary depending on location. Please contact us by email for a shipping quote.  We will need your shipping address and part number.

We use very reputable LTL freight companies along with UPS, FedEx and USPS for our smaller parts. Shipping information is sent to you the day your part ships so you may track it to your shipping destination.

QUESTION:  Where do I need to have my part shipped to?

A business is preferred, but we can ship anywhere. The world is the limit!

Freight companies charge an $25-$50 fee for residential properties.  This will be added to your freight cost.  Smaller parts are charged only a small % more for residential delivery.

Our website cannot figure international shipping cost.  Once your order is received, we will calculate it manually.  This will be a separate charge to be collected before your item can ship.  We have many different companies we use for shipping our orders abroad.  Canadian orders are shipped with taxes, duties and brokerage fee’s paid so less work for you.  Many of our customer’s also use US freight forwarding companies to ship their fiberglass parts.  They can be found online.

If you need assistance or a shipping quote, please email us with your part # and shipping address.

QUESTION:  How can I save money on shipping?

When you ship to a place of business (must be a business/commercially zoned address), you will save an average of $25-50 on your shipping costs. It does not have to be a automotive business, any kind of business will do, for example…a flower shop, parts store, etc.
